The coming winter months present a serious and life-threatening concern for those who are homeless in our community. The Light House, in partnership with Arundel House of Hope and area churches, supports Winter Relief for the city of Annapolis beginning in November and continuing through the end of March 2015.

The following items are needed to ensure a comfortable environment for Winter Relief clients:

Food Items:
Bagged Lunches
Bottled Water
Casseroles (Any kind. Any size. Drop off anytime.)
Caffeinated Coffee (Ground)
Cereal (Cold or Hot)
Tea/Hot Chocolate
Powdered Creamer/Sugar Packets/Stirrers
Snacks (granola bars, snack-sized chips, peanut butter or cheese-filled crackers, etc.)

Other Needs:
New packages of Socks and Underwear for Men and Women
New or Gently Used Gloves/Warm Hats/Scarves for Men and Women
New or Gently Used Sweatshirts and Sweatpants for Men and Women
New or Gently Used Towels and Washcloths
Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel
Chap stick
Clorox Wipes
Disposable Combs
Feminine Sanitary Products
Hot Beverage Cups and Lids
Laundry Detergent
Paper Towels
Plastic Utensils
Toilet Paper
Toothbrushes and Toothpaste
Travel-Sized Body Wash, Deodorant, Shampoo

Donations may be dropped off anytime. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day including weekends
